A retained search is an agreement in which the client will contract 'Exclusively' the services of BreakThru Appointments to conduct a single or multiple position search.
The "Retainership" usually consists of one-third of the estimated total placement fee's. In turn, BreakThru Appointments. will provide the client the full array of its recruiting services, including reference checks, progress reports, in-person interviewing and advertising.
Contingency Search
A Contingent Search is a non exclusive agreement for a specifed period, mostly dealing with any or all position that might arise during the contract. The client will provide BreakThru Appointments information pertaining to its Existing Vacancies, particulars such as position levels, titles, compensation figures and geographic parameters. A fee will be paid to BreakThru Appointments, as per the 'Search Agreement', only when the client hires a candidate presented by Break Thru Appointments.
Advertisement Supported Search
Advertisement is generally prefered when a wider range of individuals are to be targeted. A good Advertisement can mean higher response rate entailing a great deal time, money and management effort on the assessment process.
